KK Real Estate is an independent commercial property advisory practice providing leasing, asset management and investment consultancy services to investors, owners and occupiers of retail and leisure real estate.

As a new consultancy, the website needed to establish the business quickly and clearly, while reflecting the level of expertise, discretion and professionalism expected by property investors, landlords and occupiers.

The aim was to create something that felt established without making it look like it had been designed in 2004 and given a coat of corporate blue.

We designed a clean, premium website around KK Real Estate's positioning, with a strong emphasis on typography, imagery and whitespace.

The structure gives visitors a clear understanding of who KK works with, what they do and how they can help.

The website brings together leasing, development consultancy, lease consultancy, lease restructuring, asset management and investment advice within a straightforward service structure.

Projects and credibility

The site provides space for KK to showcase its projects and experience while maintaining the discreet, professional tone expected of a specialist property consultancy.
